A WordPress storefront built for a client who sells Pokémon-themed storage boxes: product catalogue, photography and a shop that the owner can run without a developer.
Overview
PoPokeBox sells collector's storage boxes for trading cards. The owner needed a shop they could run themselves (add products, update photos, take orders) without calling a developer every week.
The work
- A WordPress storefront structured around the catalogue.
- Product pages built around clear photography, so each box sells itself.
- An admin the owner can manage alone.
Lessons learned
- Sometimes the right tool is the boring one. For a small shop, a well-configured WordPress site beats a custom build the owner can't maintain.
