Vertical ad films for clients Post & Pick and Centy Traders, made end to end with generative AI: a designed cast, scene-by-scene prompts, voice-over, room tone and score.
Overview
The same production system behind AVENOR, pointed at products. Each film starts with a single message, a designed cast and a scene list; each scene gets its own start-frame prompt, video prompt and voice line; then sound (ambience, score, voice) is built underneath.
Post & Pick
Two films for a client, Post & Pick, a delivery platform built around one idea: the rider should keep what they earn.
The cast was designed before any footage was generated, so every character stays the same person from scene to scene.

Centy Traders
A one-minute brand film for Centy Traders about the difference between chasing quick money and learning the craft, built scene by scene with separate prompts, voice lines and a hand-picked score of piano, room tone and a low heartbeat.
How they're made
- One message. If the film can't be said in a sentence, it isn't ready to generate.
- Cast first. Characters are designed and locked as reference images.
- Scene by scene. Every scene has a start-frame prompt, a video prompt and a voice line, kept as separate files so any one can be regenerated without touching the rest.
- Sound last, but not least. Ambience, music and voice-over are layered by hand, because sound is half of what makes a generated film feel real.
Lessons learned
- Products need the same discipline as stories. A designed cast and a written lock keep an ad on-brand across scenes.
- Keep every scene's prompts as separate assets. Regenerating one shot shouldn't mean redoing the film.
